Nutrition Services Research Inc reserves the right to change this Agreement from time to time at its sole discretion, and your rights under this Agreement will be subject to the most current version of this Agreement posted on this page at the time of your use or purchase. If you do not agree with this Agreement or revised terms and conditions, do not purchase any Nutrition Services Research Inc merchandise available through this site and do not use this site.
This Agreement is in addition to your obligations and rights under the Privacy Policy posted on the site. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Privacy Policy or other terms and conditions posted on the site, this Agreement will control. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
In order for you to purchase merchandise through the site, you will be required to provide us with certain information. To do so, you may choose to become a registered customer with us. Oleatonic, Nutri, Activa, Well-Being, Proteatonic, Human Structure, Phytovitality and Nutripuncture are, without limitation, among the registered trademarks and service marks of Nutrition Services Research Inc and its affiliates. You are not allowed to use any such trademarks and service marks without Nutrition Services Research Inc’ express agreement.
COPYRIGHTS
This site and product designs (including any and all collateral materials relating thereto) included on this site are owned by Nutrition Services Research Inc and/or its licensors and protected by copyright laws. You are not allowed to use any such designs without Nutrition Services Research Inc’ express agreement.

However, Nutrition Services Research Inc does not warrant that product and price descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Nutrition Services Research Inc itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unopened and unsealed condition.
Nutrition Services Research Inc also reserves the right to cancel any orders. Some other situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; product or ingredient restrictions mandated by local, state, national or international regulations; or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance group. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
PRICING & SHIPPING POLICY
The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States, Canada and Mexico. Such prices do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. International shipment rates vary based on total package weight and final destination. All pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, tariffs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office.
Products offered at this site are only available for delivery within United States, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico. Shipping rates are higher for packages sent outside of the continental United States. Orders shipped to the destinations outside the U.S. are subject to all applicable customs charges, which will be in addition to your order. The forwarder collects these charges. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. In stock products will be shipped within five business days. You will be contacted by e-mail if your order cannot be filled completely within ten days. Products are shipped via FedEx ground. FedEx Next Day Air delivery service is available at an additional cost. FedEx Next Day Air service is based on the date your order is filled, not the date your order is placed. Orders are filled in 48 hours, then shipped via FedEx Next Day Air. Packages shipped to Alaska are shipped via FedEx Next Day Air or FedEx 2nd Day Air. This is the only service FedEx offers to Alaska. Weekend delivery is not available. Packages cannot be shipped to a post office box. If additional shipping costs are required for shipments outside the U.S., our customer service department will contact you by e-mail.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Products can be returned or exchanged at Nutrition Services Research Inc within 7 days of receipt by the customer. Returned merchandise for credit or exchange must include a copy of the receipt and the Return Form you can find on the site. You are responsible for cost of shipping to our Customer Service Department. A credit will be made to the credit card for cost of the returned merchandise only; shipping is non-refundable. For exchanges, a new charge will be made to the credit card for the merchandise only. Exchange items are shipped via FedEx Ground at no additional charge to you. We will not offer an exchange or a refund for any item that is not received by us after you send it. Please note that costs we incur in connection with orders canceled before delivery will be charged to your account.

If any part of this Agreement is found by any court to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that part shall be discounted and the rest of this agreement shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
